Manteca 2nd Mortgage: Manteca took out a 2nd mortgage of $90,000 to finish the fellowship hall project back in 2019. If we get it paid off early, our monthly payment will go down by at least $700. In the last six years we’ve paid off all but $33,633. Our plan is to catch up and keep up with the budget and use any excess to pay down the remaining balance. You can help by giving sacrificially to Manteca’s church family budget.
